Lucky8 is a licensed and regulated company under the laws of Curacao
Agreement shall refer to the rules and terms of conduct contained in these Terms and Conditions;
Player shall mean any person who is over eighteen (18) years of age and who takes part in remote gaming as defined above;
Player's Account shall mean a record kept by Lucky8, which record shall be at all times accessible to the Player, which shows the Player's credit against such license holder. The history contains all gaming activity such as deposits withdrawals and game play.
Players are recommended to save all transaction data, the rules of the game, the refund policy, and the payment methods information in order to avoid misconceptions and discussions at a later time.
Any reference to Games in this agreement shall refer to Casino and other Games as may from time to time become available on the Website. Lucky8 reserves the right to add and remove Games from the Website at its own discretion.
Words denoting the singular number shall include the plural and vice versa;
Words denoting any gender shall include all genders;
Clause headings are for ease of reference only and shall not affect the construction or interpretation of this Agreement.
This Agreement is drawn up in the English language and may be translated into any language other than English provided that all versions reflect the same principles. In case of any discrepancies in interpretation the English text shall in any event prevail.
This Agreement supersedes all previous undertakings and arrangements entered into between the Parties (whether expressed or implied) and represents the entire Agreement between them in relation to its subject matter.
In the event that any of the terms, conditions or provisions contained in this Agreement shall be determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such term, condition or provision shall to that extent be severed from the remaining terms, conditions and provisions which shall continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law. Lucky8 hereby agrees to attempt to substitute any invalid or unenforceable provision with a valid or enforceable provision which achieves to the greatest extent possible the economic, legal and commercial objectives of the invalid or unenforceable provision.
Any changes to the Agreement will be notified to the Player in advance. The Player shall have the right to refuse to accept the changes and in such case must notify Lucky8 by email to support@Lucky8.com in which case his account shall be closed in accordance with the terms of this agreement.
1.3. Applicable law
Lucky8, is registered at the address Dr. MJ Hugenholtzweg Z/N, UTS-Gebouw, Curacao, a company licensed and regulated by the laws of Curacao under the Master Gaming License CeG Curacao eGaming Ltd license number #1668/JAZ.
1.4. Changes in Terms and Conditions
Terms & Conditions might be subject to changes at any time. Players will be required to accept new conditions on login.
This Agreement is valid until further notice.
Lucky8 reserves the right to terminate and/or change bonuses and promotions at any time. All our current promotional offers and their particular conditions are available on our Promotion Page.
Lucky8 reserves the right to withhold and remove any bonuses awarded to the Player if such bonuses have not been used within 3 month from the date when they were awarded.
All bonuses issued by Lucky8 can only be used for playing and may not be transferred or paid out unless stated requirements within the bonus campaign are fulfilled.
Bonus wagering is calculated as such : 100% on slot machines and 10% on table games
No deposit Welcome Bonus are restricted up to €100 withdraw.
All bonuses have an expiry date. If the bonus requirements are not fulfilled at the expiry date the bonus will be void.
The welcome package cannot be awarded to players depositing via Skrill or Neteller deposit options.
Lucky8 reserves the right to cancel, change and/or stop marketing promotions at any time.
Players from South Africa are excluded from all 'no deposit' bonuses.
The Player may receive bonus money from the company should he agree to participate in a bonus promotion. The bonus money granted together with the real money that was used as qualification for the bonus money will be marked as applicable for game play in respect of that particular bonus only. This balance can only be used on products and games that are outlined in the bonus details page.
The player has the right to cancel a bonus offer from his/her account. In this case all winnings generated by the bonus money will also be cancelled.
Only one account per person/IP-address/Household is eligible for bonus. In case it is noted that there is abuse of bonuses or any other promotions, the bonus/promotion will be forfeited and any funds on the Players’ Account will be frozen. Furthermore, the Player Account may be closed by Lucky8 at its own discretion.
Voucher codes distributed by Lucky8 trigger a bonus promotion to the player account where the voucher is used.
Lucky8 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus money and VIP points from the Player's Account if the player has not logged in to his/her player account during the last six months.
Lucky8 reserves the right to withdraw the Bonus and the resulting profits if any term of the offer or promotion have been breached, furthermore, it may also withhold any other funds held in the player's account to make up for any losses incurred by Lucky8 due to the breach of the said conditions.
All language versions of these terms and conditions should reflect the same principles. The original versions have been drafted in English and in the event of any conflict between the different languages versions of these terms and conditions, or any other terms, conditions or rules appearing on the website, the English language version shall prevail.
3.1. System errors and failures
A Player must inform Lucky8 as soon as he or she becomes aware of any errors with respect to the Player Account or any calculations with respect to any bet placed or any currency conversion.
In the event of any system failure or game error (a divergence from the normal functioning of the game logic for whatever reason) that results in an error in any odds calculation, charges, fees, bonuses or pay-out, or any currency conversion as applicable, ('System Error'), Lucky8 will seek to place all parties directly affected by such System Error in the position they were in before the System Error occurred.
Lucky8 reserves the right to declare null and void any bets that were the subject of such System Error and to take any money from the Account relating to the relevant bets. In all circumstances, whereby Lucky8 (in its sole discretion) determines a System Error has been used to gain an unfair advantage, Lucky8 reserves the right to consider this activity to be subject forfeiture and account closure as per these Terms and Conditions.
3.2. Miscarried and aborted games
Lucky8 is not liable for any downtime, server disruptions, lagging, or any technical or political disturbance to the game play. Refunds may be given solely at the discretion of the management.
Lucky8 shall accept no liability for any damages or losses which are deemed or alleged to have arisen out of or in connection with website or its content; including without limitation, delays or interruptions in operation or transmission, loss or corruption of data, communication or lines failure, any person's misuse of the site or its content or any errors or omissions in content.
In the event of a casino system malfunction all wagers are void. Should this situation apply, Lucky8 reserves the right to terminate events and/or games.
In the event a game is started but miscarries because of a failure of the system, Lucky8 shall refund the amount wagered in the game to the Player by crediting it to the Player Account or, if the account no longer exists, by paying it to the Payer in an approved manner; and if the Player has an accrued credit at the time the game miscarried, credit to Player’s Account the monetary value of the credit or, if the account no longer exists, pay it to the Player in an approved manner.
3.3. Other limitations of liability
Lucky8 provides no warranty or guarantee as to the suitability or quality of any goods or services supplied and the Player acknowledges that he has sole responsibility for the selection of them. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, all conditions, representations and warranties (expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise) are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law including without limitation any implied warranties or conditions as to quality or fitness for purpose.
Lucky8 shall not be liable for the following loss or damage howsoever caused and even if foreseeable:
Economic loss, which includes loss of profits, loss of use of profits, business, revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings;
Loss of the player’s or a third party’s document as well as its damage, cost of replacement, recovery or reconstitution. The same terms apply to tapes, records, information or other data on any media;
Special, indirect or consequential loss;
Loss arising from any claim made against the Player by a third party;
Loss or damage resulting from the Player's failure to fulfil his responsibilities or any matter under the control of the Player or a third party;
Loss or damage arising from Lucky8 acting in accordance with the instructions of the Player, agents or third parties engaged by the Player.Neither Lucky8 nor the Player shall be liable for any loss or damage caused by delay or failure to fulfil its obligations under this Agreement where such delay or failure is due to any cause beyond the control of the parties, as the case may be, including (without limitation) acts of God, war or warlike action, civil disorder, insurrections or riots, fire, storm, flood, explosions, earthquakes, epidemics or quarantine restrictions, sabotage, government disorders, priorities or regulations affecting materials or facilities, court orders, restrictions as a consequence of decision or view taken by any governmental body or similar, strikes actual or threatened, labour troubles causing cessation, slowdown or interruption of work, inability to obtain necessary governmental or regulatory Authority approval, delay or cancellation of any commercial air service, or any cause to the extent it is beyond the parties' reasonable control.
Each Player is personally responsible for adhering to all applicable local legislation and rules as set out by national or local authorities from time to time. Lucky8 does not accept play from Players domiciled in the US or Players depositing using an US bank connection.
4.1. Account registration
it is the aspiring player’s responsibility to observe his/her jurisdiction’s law regarding all possible lottery and gambling prohibitions.
The games offered on this website are restricted to individuals of a legal age of 18 years (depending on the country of residence) and older. Successful registration means requesting that Lucky8 opens a gaming account for the Player. Lucky8 shall open an account when requested as long as Lucky8’s requirements are met and reserves the right to decline account opening for any reason. It is the player’s sole responsibility to keep his account up to date.
Lucky8 allows only two account registrations per household and a Player is only allowed one account. If Lucky8 notice that your household has more than two accounts, Lucky8 may block or close any or all of the accounts at its discretion. If three or more Players share the same household, it is the Players responsibility to inform Lucky8 prior to registration. Only one account per household is eligible for bonus/promotions.
In the event of a Player's death or permanent incapacity, Lucky8 requires a copy of the death certificate or a registered medical physician's statement and any other documents relating to administration or guardianship of the estate as proof of the Player's successor's or guardian's (jointly referred to as "Beneficiaries") entitlement.
Lucky8 reserves the right to monitor Player Account activities and notify the Player if Lucky8 believes he or she may have gambling problems. However, Lucky8 makes no warranties about its ability to identify and help a Player with gambling problems. The Player may request to be excluded from entering or using the Lucky8 web application for various reasons and may do so at any time by sending a request to support@Lucky8.com.
Lucky8 reserves the right to refuse or close any application for a Player's Account. Any contractual obligations already made will be honoured.
4.2. Username and Password
Username and password are provided as a part of the registration procedure. At registration, the Player chooses a username and password. (The e-mail address provided becomes the username.)
These details shall only be effective on acceptance of this Terms and Conditions by the Player. Your username and password must be kept confidential at all times. Should you inadvertently let someone else know your login details you shall contact email@example.com immediately. The player is responsible for any unauthorized access of the players account and for any bets placed on the players account.
Lucky8 reserves the right to temporarily lock the account under such conditions. The Player remains fully responsible for all play based on the Player's username and password until such locking of the Player's Account.
Lucky8 reserves the right to inactivate a Player's username and password at any time.
5.1. Handling and accounting for deposits
Registered Players can deposit funds using a VISA or MasterCard, by bank transfers or through e-wallets like Moneybookers and Neteller. The minimum deposit at Lucky8 is €10. Once the deposit has been processed it will be available on the account immediately after approval. Bank transfers will not be credited to the Player account until the funds have reached our bank. Lucky8 is not liable for any fees charged by the Player's bank for online purchases. Information regarding deposit limits and processing times can also be found in the payments section. The Player may be requested to provide Lucky8 with personal documentation, such as but not limited to copies of identification documents, utility bills, credit cards, bank statements etc.
All transactions are monitored by our Fraud & Payments department for irregularities and to prevent fraud and money laundering. Lucky8 has an obligation to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities.
Lucky8 will not accept a wager from a player unless there are sufficient funds in the Player's Account to cover the amount of the wager. Lucky8 reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager.
Deposits and withdrawals of funds into and from Your Player Account Are only allowed by using methods that lawfully belong to you.

If the payment service provider is EMP Corp, the transaction will result in the creation and purchase of electronic money issued by an E-money Issuer, to be used to credit an E-wallet
5.2. Interest on deposited funds
The Player shall not treat Lucky8 as a financial institution and is not entitled to any interest on deposited funds and will be paid no interest on deposited funds.
5.3. No loans and no exchange rate speculation
Lucky8 reserves the right to return funds to Players at the original exchange rate if Lucky8 has reasonable suspicion that the intent of the Player's transactions has been primarily to speculate on exchange rates or for any other purposes than to participate in the Games.
The Refund Policy of the Company is to not to effect any refunds. However, it remains at management’s discretion to determine whether a refund request for a deposit made should be entertained.
Management will always pursue what it deems to be the fairest solution in such cases.
Refunds will only be done through the same deposit method once the origination of funds and account is verified. A refund can take place seven days after the deposit was made.
6.1. Withdrawal procedures
The Player may be requested a list of required documents before making a withdrawal request. Lucky8 will endeavour to process all requested withdrawals within 72 hours, providing that verification documents have been received. Lucky8 reserves the right to refuse a withdrawal and request additional documents by email. Bonus money can never be paid out and will be void when a withdrawal is requested.
Lucky8 reserves the right to ask for verification documents at any time, and we can temporarily suspend your account until we receive the required documents. Lucky8 carries out additional verification procedures and players having cumulative transactions exceeding 2,000 Euro will be requested to provide Lucky8 with personal documentation, such as but not limited to copies of identification documents, utility bills, credit cards, bank statements etc. A Player's Account might be closed permanently and/or a withdrawal may be refused if a player does not provide Lucky8 with the required documents and/or if the player is found to have supplied false or misleading information.
All documents that are sent to Lucky8 are confidential and will be handled under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA)The reason why Lucky8 requires these documents is to guarantee the security for all Players and to prevent money laundering.
Lucky8 actively endeavours to combat money laundering. When a Player requests a withdrawal, it has to be returned to the payment method used by the Player. In case the payment method is not available for withdrawals a bank transfer will be made to a bank account registered under the Player’s name.
It is the Player’s responsibility to provide sufficient and accurate banking information for Lucky8 to complete a transaction.
The minimum amount that can be withdrawn is €30. Credit card or e-wallet transfers are not subjected to any fee. Bank transfer fees may vary and will be deducted from the withdrawal amount.
Lucky8 is required to retrieve a proof of the Player's identity for large withdrawals, in which case Lucky8 will contact the Player. Lucky8 will process the withdrawal once satisfactory proof has been received.
Large withdrawals might take longer to be processed as they need to go through extra checks before being approved by our payments department. In certain cases should your winnings exceed €2,500.00 the funds will be paid in increments of €2,500.00 per week until full settlement.
If a Player resides in a jurisdiction where your winnings are taxable, you must, at your own responsibility, keep track of those winnings and report them to the proper authorities.
Withdrawal of funds not used for wagering/betting shall not be allowed.
7.1. Account closure
The Player can request closure of the Player's Account for a period of time. Excessive use of the suspend account feature, as set out by Lucky8 at any time, may at Lucky8’s sole discretion lead to termination of the customer relationship at any time. The Player may set a limit / suspension on the account at any time by going to My Account and Restrictions (requires log in) to enter a limit for how much he/she can spend per week until a date in the future. Once saved, this will come into effect immediately.
The Player can request the Account to be locked at any time. Lucky8 shall handle such requests during working hours as set out by Lucky8 from time to time. The Player has the ability to lock the account at any time by going to Account and Restrictions (requires log in) to enter a date when the lock should expire. Once saved, this will come into effect immediately.
The Player may request that a suspension or a lock set on a Player account to be changed or revoked. Such a request has to be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org in writing.
In order to decrease the suspension or remove the lock, the player should contact the customer support team. Removal of lock will occur 7 days after the request was made or at the management's discretion. Should a Player request to increase the exclusion period, this will come into effect immediately.
Lucky8 will not charge for any fees related to inactive/dormant accounts.
8.1. Setting limits
As a responsible gaming measure, the Player has the ability to place limits on the amount of wagers and deposits. In the responsible gaming section under “My Account” the Player can set limits for daily, weekly and monthly deposits.
A requested limit will have effect immediately the first time it is submitted or in case a prior limit is lowered. If the limit amount is increased or terminated, such change will have effect after a seven-day cooling down period.
Self-exclusion periods are available under the “My account” area of the site.
The player may close his player’s account by sending such a request to our customer support team. The player will be able to open his/her account again by sending a request to the customer support team. Lucky8 will open the Player’s Account again after seven days after Lucky8 has received such request.
9.1. Collection of personal data
Lucky8 is committed to protect your privacy and personal information. Information of all players will be kept confidential. However, under applicable laws and gaming regulations Lucky8 is required to maintain a secure online list of all registered players which may be disclosed to the Authorities for scrutiny purposes. Lucky8 may retain such information for the period that is required in accordance with applicable laws and gaming regulations.
Lucky8 website requires storing of small pieces of data, namely cookies, on the Players´ hard drive. Cookies are used to provide a better gaming experience and faster browsing for the player. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personal information of the Player. Please note that Lucky8 website can´t be used properly while cookies are disabled.
10.1. Anti-Money laundry procedures
Lucky8 is determined to be completely on guard on preventing cases of money laundering and financing of terrorism and will make all endeavours in order to protect itself from these kinds of activities.
Therefore, the company shall operate the following actions:
- Ask all players to fill their identification details while opening account and to supply us with all information needed in order to comply with applicable AML related regulation;
- Keep in possession a secure list of all registered Players and their identification and transactional documentation.
- Prevent underage players from playing.
- Prevent players residing or playing from non-reputable jurisdictions from playing.
- Prevent players from opening more than one account with the same name.
- Not accept anonymous accounts or accounts in fictitious names such that the true beneficial owner is not known.
- Not accept cash from Players. Funds may be received from Players only by credit/debit cards. Winnings will not be distributed before a strict check for compatibility between the name of the account and the credit card holder's name.
- Funds transfer between accounts are completely forbidden.
- Check the background and intentions of any complex or large transactions and any transactions which are particularly likely to be related to money laundering or the funding of terrorism.
- Cooperate with all relevant administrative, enforcement and judicial authorities in their endeavour to prevent and detect criminal activity.
11.1. Transaction queries and limitation
Lucky8 reserves the right to review and investigate account(s) and winnings for up to 30 days before reaching a decision.
11.2. Complaints and compensation
If a Player has any complaints, claims or disputes with regard to any outcome regarding the services or any other activity provided by Lucky8, he/she must submit the complaint to Lucky8 in writing as soon as is reasonably practicable following the date of the original transaction to which the claim or dispute refers and within the time limit set out in the previous paragraph.
Complaints may be submitted by email to email@example.com. Any notice Lucky8 gives the Player will be sent to the email address provided in the Account registration. It is the Player's responsibility to give Lucky8 notice of any changes to this address by contacting support@Lucky8.com and to regularly check the email account for emails from Lucky8.
The Player agrees that he or she will only use the services provided by Lucky8 in accordance with the Terms and Condition set out in this schedule. Any breach of these conditions by the Player which results in Lucky8 incurring any losses or costs will render the Player liable to compensate Lucky8 for any said losses or costs in their entirety.
